Join us for a special in-person meditation class that blends the stillness of the Max Meditation System™ with the gentle, flowing movement of Chi Do, a moving meditation rooted in ancient tradition.
This class is designed to calm the mind, open the heart, and restore the natural flow of energy through your body. You'll begin with standing movement to deepen your connection to breath, body, and spirit, followed by my signature seated meditation practice to ground your awareness.
No experience necessary—just come as you are and step into the flow.
